At Sommer Swim EU, we want you to love your swimwear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with hygiene seals and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the hygiene sticker remains attached and no makeup or tan marks are present.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Generate your shipping label through the portal and drop your package at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
